I have searched the issue tracker for a bug report that matches the one I want to file, without success.

enable the video quality changer plugin option

Expected Behavior

i dont know much about these kinds of stuff, but the option to change the video quality was available before and now its disappeared, i dont know if it a bug of app or an issue from my side, but if there is any suggestion, let me know

Actual Behavior

when i turn on the video quality changer plugin, there is no option to change the video quality from video overlay
