Preflight Checklist

I use the latest version of YouTube Music (Application).
I have searched the issue tracker for a feature request that matches the one I want to file, without success.

Problem Description

i can't run the app if i am offline and the downloaded music can not be played within the app.

Proposed Solution

cache the website on device, and only play a song from internet if it is not already downloaded.

Alternatives Considered

load a alternate interface if offline.
