Preflight Checklist

I use the latest version of YouTube Music (Application).
I have searched the issue tracker for a bug report that matches the one I want to file, without success.
I understand that th-ch/youtube-music has NO affiliation with Google or YouTube

I use the portable version of the YouTube Music Application.
I can reproduce this issue in the official version of (WEB) YTM.

Reproduction steps

Launch the app
Click on top of right scrollbar
Try to scroll
Click on bottom of scrollbar
Try to scroll

Expected Behavior

Click on scrollbar at any point and use it to scroll.

Actual Behavior

Scrollbar is fully visible but obstructed by an invisible box. This invisible box I believe is the navigation bar, and its only there when you are all the way at the top of a playlist.
Wen you scroll even a few pixels the navigation bar becomes visible and you can see what actually blocks the scrollbar
