I use the latest version of YouTube Music (Application).
I have searched the issue tracker for a bug report that matches the one I want to file, without success.

Enable Notifications plugin
Enable Interactive Notifications
Play a song

Expected Behavior

Get the interactive notification.

Actual Behavior

The interactive notification doesn't show up.
