[Suggestion]: Improve `Album Color Theme` Patch #2232

It's been a while since the last update of `Album Color Theme` Patch by @Su-Yong I'd say its about time we fully fix this patch for all users to use it without these common issues I found-

1. Properly theme Search Bar-

2. Properly Theme Pop-Ups-

3. Properly Theme Seekbar-

4. Properly Theme Like/Dislike icons-

7. Proper fluid transitions between each Album Color Theme change rather then suddenly changing the colours drastically in a flash when next song starts, I was thinking of a ripple animation from the centre or something similar to make it visually appealing and not a sudden change.
