Temporary workaround: use
native PiP
Information for those interested in this issue
This issue is caused by
in-app-menu
plugin. (drag region)@JellyBrick thanks for looking into this. For me, native PiP does not behave any differently from the app's built-in PiP. I can't tell any difference between them. I don't currently have the in-app menu plugin enabled. When I tried in-app menu, I could move the PiP because the in-app menu items activate a window title bar and the PiP can be moved. Unfortunately, I don't like how the in-app menu plugin works otherwise, so I keep it disabled. Just a reminder that this is on an Apple silicon Mac running OS 14, but I noticed the same issue on 13 and 12.
I have the same issue, Sonoma 14.1.2, native PIP also doesn't move for me.
